ORDER CHANGES

MY SHIPPING INFO IS INCORRECT/HAS CHANGED

Please email us at halvingagreatday@gmail.com, please include the order number and updated shipping address.

If your package has already shipped, please contact the shipping provider to update the shipping address.

CANCEL ORDER

All sales are final. We are a print-on-demand company, and we try to be as eco-friendly as possbile, which means minimal waste! For any questions or concerns please reach out to halvingagreatday@gmail.com.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE AN ITEM

Please email halvingagreatday@gmail.com with your order number and the item and/or size change. If the item is sold out or in production we will not be able to change the size. 

Please contact us to request changes as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your package is returned to sender please email us at halvingagreatday@gmail.com  with confirmation of your shipping address and order number so we may investigate. If the reason for return by carrier is “insufficient address” we will be able to reship, but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please be aware, due to the high rate of package theft, some packages may require a signature and you may be required to be home to accept the package. If your package is returned due to “no signature” we will be able to reship, but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. If it is deemed carrier error, we will be able to reship without additional charges to the customer.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

At this present time, we only ship within the United States. Please check back soon to see when international shipping becomes available.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

At this present time, we do not ship
internationally.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non-damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size before placing your order, please contact us here.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are currently unable to provide exchanges at the moment.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/DAMAGED ITEM

 

Please submit 2-3 good photos of the problem (at least one full shot of the garment, and/or 2 different angles of the issue) and the nature of the problem to: halvingagreatday@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your items. It’s important to send your photos with your initial inquiry first to ensure we solve your problem as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

All sales are final, please reach out to halvingagreatday@gmail.com for any questions.

 

DISCOUNT CODES/RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS

The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice is non-negotiable. Halving A Great Day will not apply retroactive discounts to orders being processed or that have been processed. Discount codes and site wide sales are only good on orders placed after the start date and before the end date of the discount code/sale. The discount code must be entered during the payment process as it can not be applied later. We are not responsible if the code is not entered at checkout.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If Halving A Great Day has processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.

SIZING & CARE

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO WEAR?

Our sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex. Each product page has its own size guide for your use. If the chart is cut off please attempt to decrease the zoom of your browser to expose the entire page. If that doesn't help you may email us at halvingagreatday@gmail.com for further assistance.

WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY GARMENTS?

T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions

  • Machine wash cold, garment inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
  • No fabric softeners.  
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended). 
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. 
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
